The “Import OPML” is a feature which allows you to import a list of feeds you have previously exported or acquired in some other way. That will make it easy for you to have the same list of feeds on multiple PC’s without the need to specify the feeds each time. In order to import the OPLM i.e. the feed definition, click on the “Import OPML” button inside the “Feeds” screen.

Locate the previously exported OPML file, select it and click on the “Open” button.
